How we work
During this phase, the engineering becomes executive planning and implementation. RAMA manufactures the components and assembles all the parts. Particular attention is given to the selection of the single elements, taking into account the commission and the customer’s budget, in full respect of the previously agreed delivery time.
The start-up of the machineries is always made by RAMA technicians. The company carries out two separate tests:
- PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), directly on site, before shipping;
- SAT, on customer’s site and involving customer’s technicians as well.
These tests have the goal of assuring the maximum functionality of the machines, guaranteeing the customer both time saving and minimum risk of problematic issues.
Our team of expert technicians, thanks to continuous research and the use of the most advanced technologies, designs the best production lines and packaging machines for food and non-food products. The analysis starts from the specific requests of the customers, considering the characteristics and the typologies of the product. All this allows us to study for customised solutions suited to every need.
RAMA technicians provide, other than installation and start-up on customer’s site, training to customer’s personnel. Doing so, the company means to allow the user to quickly begin the production reducing both time waste and costs.
This way, the customer is always in the spotlight.
Technical assistance is always guaranteed, both directly or via collaborations with agents’ technicians (properly trained) and/or local companies (especially for far away countries), with whom RAMA enters into exclusivity agreements. The goal is to guarantee assistance on all the relevant territory in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
Furthermore, RAMA is able to provide tele-assistance services. Specifically:
- diagnostic type: collaborating with the customer, the anomaly is analysed, and the diagnosis is carried out through the modem. Lastly, the problem is solved;
- diagnostic-solving type: via connection, the cause of the problem is analysed and solved working remotely;
- support type: remote electronic intervention as support addressed to RAMA mechanical technicians on customers’ site or to customers themselves.
All the spare parts are listed inside the manuals we provide, where every single part is linked to an alphanumerical code, in order to make the requests easier and quicker.
